I will try to put into words the terrible customer service that Dell gives their customers and warn everyone that they do NOT want to ever try dealing with Dell.
After over 6 weeks from ordering my laptop from Dell I still do not have a working system. Yes, 6 weeks! I am finally giving up and shipping this system back to Dell for a refund.
The laptop did not work out of the box, from the very first time the on button was pressed, it was defective.
Dell did finally decide that they needed to replace the laptop and I waited... and waited... and waited! Every call into Dell met the same response: "Your laptop will be shipping shortly it just needs to follow the process". After this it changed to "there has been a short delay but you should get it in 2-3 days". That never did occur the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time they told me this.
A word to anyone that does decide or does not have a choice but to work with Dell is this - USE CAUTION! After receiving my defective laptop and dealing with their "technical support" people for a month I am told that they will be replacing my system with a refurbished unit - they did not tell me this up front - I had to demand to know if it was new or a refurb - that's when I demanded my money back.
The other thing that is not available is any type of physical address or direct line of communication to anyone outside of the typical call center flunky that cannot provide anything but apologies for bad service.
I know this turned into a bit of a rant but I really hope to prevent anyone else from having to go through the headache and hassle that this has caused me!!

This place is just plain FUN! You get to sit at a table that doubles as a cooking surface and very talented chefs cook at your table. The whole atmosphere is centered around the food preparation...

After they take your order the chef cooks everything right in front of you - with a twist... the chef throws his knives in the air, builds a flaming volcano from an onion, and generally puts on a great little show.
If you go on your birthday they get you a cake and a free dinner as well - can't beat that!!
Overall this place is a little pricey but look in the newspaper and you can usually find coupons.

They have a hotel, RV park, restaurant, gift shops and train depot that are set like you were in the wild west - and the scenery during the train ride is beautiful as you head to the canyon!
The last time I was there the train was boarded by "train robbers" as well - it was a lot of fun and is something your whole family will remember forever! Once you get to the canyon you can either do the guided tour or just look around on your own... the view is truly AMAZING!!
One word of warning is if you are not in very good shape is that it can be quite hot there, it is extremely dry and is at a fairly high elevation so the air is thinner than you would expect... A lot of elderly and infirm pass out due to heat and lack of oxygen!

My personal favorite is the BMT (no, it's not Jared approved LOL) which stands for Biggest, Meatiest, Tastiest! I get it piled high with spinach, lettuce, and black olives but there is a huge array of toppings you can choose from.
The bread is always fresh made and soft - and you get a great selection there too! Many different types to choose from.

You can't beat their selection for computer parts, computers, tv's, stereos, appliances, or really for anything! If you are looking to upgrade a computer or even build one from scratch they have everything you could ask for an then some! They even have electronic components like you would find at radio shack for the real geeks out there.
Once you get tired of walking around (it takes a LONG time to walk the whole store) there is a little cafe with sandwiches, coffee, and drinks.

The chicken and chicken fried steak are GREAT! Same goes for the side dishes... which are all you can eat! The way it works is like this: You order a main dish (smoked chicken, fried chicken, chicken tenders, chicken fried steak) and everyone shares the side dishes. You get mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits, gravy... pretty much all the good stuff!
If I could give this one 6 stars I would!

A word of warning if you go the their website that many of these stories are very heartbreaking and it is unbelievable how people could so poorly treat an animal that exists for no reason other than to provide you love.
They do accept donations to help defray veterinary costs - no one that is involved draws a salary - every penny goes to the Pugs!

This store opened fairly recently at the NorthPark Center in Dallas and I'm SO glad it did... there is nothing like relaxing with a hot cup of tea or more refreshing than a cold ice tea when it's hot out.
My favorite blends are the Rooibos Rose Garden and Night, Night or the Rooibos Tropica and Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls.
The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the prices... though it is a specialty store and you would expect to pay a bit more.

For a chain "Mexican" restaurant this is actually one of the better ones... the wait staff at this location has always treated us well. I've only had Fajitas and appetizers here but they have been quite tasty! I recommend the Empanadas in either chicken or beef for an appetizer and my personal favorite is the pork Fajitas.
Though this is the location we go to most often I've found them to be very much the same regardless of where you go...you should have a good time!!

Do you know how to use Microsoft Word? Excel? Even know what Access is? Stop in at CompUSA and speak with the instructors there! They can take you from not knowing these programs to being the person everyone in the office turns to for help!
I may be a little biased as I taught at a CompUSA for 2 years, but I have found the instructors to be top notch! The classes come with books and are you are led through the programs in a "hands-on" kind of way that really helps people to "get it".
