This by far is my favorite place to go to relax or enjoy a fine dinner. I have been constantly going to the Salish for about 2 years now and have never been disappointed. I have been reading the reviews and one said that the rooms were chilly. The rooms all have fireplaces and adjustable heat. My boyfriend and I, however invited the air and made the fireplace (which has quickstart logs) to embrace the warmth of the fireplace. However, if you prefer you can also just turn up the heat. The dinner experience has always been amazing (I have always requested R.D. as the waiter) and has never steered my boyfriend and I wrong. Now the spa. Best river rock hot stone massage ever. They put these little stones in between your toes and you feel like you're in heaven. The place is a little expensive, but in my belief 100% worth it. We once took a limo up there and needed hiking boots they volunteered to drive down for us and pick up some shoes it we gave them our shoe sizes..instead we had them drive us down there and it was completely complimentary. I also set up reservations for my friend (who was leaving for Iraq) and his girlfirend. When I told them why this dinner was important to them they set the table up with flowers and had them sit in the private dining room also complimentary. I have never seen a resort go thru so much for the customer. This place is amazing if you're down to earth and just want to go relax.
Pros: Customer Service All Around

Over the last 2 years we have been to Gianfranco several times for dinner and from the first visit we loved the place. The owner Gianfranco is from Calabria, south Italy and undoubtfully he brings his Italian soul to this place. The woman in charge is the most charming and makes sure you have a great night out. The food is delicious and prepared with great care. One time we came late around closing time with a large group and we were welcomed with the same friendliness and warmth. We stayed till far passed closing time and had a wonderful evening.
If you like a taste of Calabria Italy, go visit Gianfranco in Snoqualmie.
Pros: Great personel, the best food

This place is exceptionally expensive, but an amazing place to spend a romantic weekend. It has a wood burning fireplace in every room, a large jetted tub and a view of snoqualmie falls in many of the rooms. It also has a world class restaurant to get all 3 meals. Breakfast there is the best deal. Amazing food at "reasonable" prices. I also like it there because there are trails you can hike if you are so inclined(the snoqualmie one is very pretty and very easy).
Also, as the title mentions, it has a spa (on the top floor) and you can get massages, or whatever. I personally just used the whirlpools that are publicly available and had a nice view and cool little fake waterfall.
If you want something extraordinary, this could be the place to go. Oh, and its about 30 mins outside of Seattle.

We were on our way to the B-52 show at a near by casino and found this amazing little gem of a restaurant on the Ridge! We were a few minutes late for the happy hour but Mike totally hooked us up with some very tasty nibbley-wibbleys. Beers are cold and darn good! They have a great selection of wine that pairs well with the extensive menu. The crab cakes are a MUST!! BBQ chicken quesadilla is a sure shot as well, however, the Canadian version of french fries was the ticket!!! Next on my list is gonna be one of those smokin burgers!!! This is a very cool place to bring your family or your first date place. Atmosphere is appealing! Food is very good! Prices are very reasonable and it is conveniently located! We are looking forward to our next opportunity to chill out with our friends and loved ones at this great new find! peace.
Pros: Food. Service. Menu Selection. Parking. Convenient access to I-90 and Hwy. 18
Cons: NOT ONE!

I had time with the doctor and nurse, more than anywhere else I've ever been. It was so nice to have them listen to us and help me out when I needed it. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
Pros: Quality of care is higher than other hospitals
Cons: I can't think of any!

Our train excursion was 75 minutes long. (The 25 minute trip was apparently just during the Day Out With Thomas event) We traveled to North Bend, then back to Snoqualmie Falls and then returned to Snoqualmie. We rode in the car with reclining seats on the way there and the car with the wood seats on the way back. 75 minutes was just the right about of time for our 3 year old.

If you want a burger and a beer, this is the best place in the valley to go. They've got around 20 beers on tap. They can also get you a keg to go! They're good people and participate in local charities.
