This little tea garden is an amazing little garden. Please be sure to take atleast a half hour to walk the whole garden and make sure you have a full hour if you plan to stay and have tea. The garden itself is full of beautiful flowers and trees. They even have a little house (not sure what to call it ) that is Japanese in style. They also have a large bronze figure of budda.

This is an amazing bridge. We walked the bridge both ways and we were very pleasantly surprised at how fun it was. We were told by many peple to walk this bridge and I kept asking what's the big deal. It is amazing. The signs on the bridge asking you to call the crisis center if you were thinking about suicide were a little disturbing.
The shop at the end of the bridge was the only stop we made to pick up all our souveniuers. They had everything bridge related. I highly reccomend stopping at this shop.

This tour was one of the better stadium tours I have ever been on. The tour was about an hour and a half long and they took you through everything. The stadium is very nice and close to the water. They have a spot where you can sit and watch the game for free. But don't think you can bring your chairs and sit there the whole game they kick you out every three innings. They have spot for the children to play that is open year round and is free as long as there is no game going on.

The tour of Alcatraz was great. The information as well as the sites you get to see are amazing. I recommend the audio tour (I think they all come with audio). It is great to be able to follow all the different things that happened there as well as hearing about the attempted escapes and what not. Be sure to bring a camera as there are plenty of picture taking opportunities. Be prepared to be amazed at how well they lived despite the fact that it is a prison.
One little fun fact they tell you is that they fed them very well with great food and all they could eat to make it less possible for them to take the mile swim to land.

I have been here a few times on my trip. It seemed to be the only thing open at night to do. They have several decent restraunts (although the pizza buffet was no good). They have some great little shops for any keepsakes you may want to take home. The prices at the food stands are very pricey they want about four dollars for a single hot dog but the restraunts are decent. You get a great view of Alcatraz and the sea lions there are the cutest. There were a few that even seemed to be posing for pictures. These sea lions have made this their year round home. Make sure it's not to windy of a day or you may smell them and it isn't nice. I reccommend going here to check it out

On a tour we took in San Francisco ( http://www.judysbook.com/members/Jolene/posts/2006/11/485793/ ) this was one of our stops. It was absolutely amazing. I got a lot of great pictures of this place. There was a door that was made with twenty four karat gold and it was amazing. I can't stress enough how nice this place was. I suggest anyone that will be in the area to stop an visit this historic church.
On the inside of the church they have these large cirlces on the floor that kind of look like a maze. They say it will take you about an hour to walk the whole thing. They say when you are done your body will be in sync with your spirit or something and supposed to bring you peace. Well I didn't have an hour to do it but it was fun trying. :)

We decided to go on this tour while in San Francisco and it was well worth the money. I saw so many places while on this tour that I would have not seen otherwise. Grace Cathedral was amazing(http://www.judysbook.com/members/Jolene/posts/2006/11/485795/ ). The tour included a ferry ride and the whole tour took about six hours. I thought it was only going to be about three or four hours but the tour was so fun they kept us going. The best part was that our tour guide and driver were two different people. They served us soda's and water on the shuttle complimentary.
Jerry our guide was very informative and really seemed to know what he was talking about. He was able to show us the best possible places to take pictures and even took everyones pictures as a keepsake.
I highly recommend this tour.

This was our first time to San Francisco and I had a great time. The place was beautiful and full of life. We decided to go on one of those tours (http://www.judysbook.com/members/Jolene/posts/2006/11/485793/) Anyway we did a quick stop at this museum. I thought it was pretty cool and all but the best part was when the cable broke and the cars all stopped. We had to take many detours until the cars were back up and running.
They had two cable cars inside that you could see up close and all but could not get on them. The little store inside was neat and showed some history.
I recommend stopping in there for a little peak. Won't take you long to look at.

We drove up to Napa to go on a tour of a winery. I chose this one ( I don't drink wine but new the name). We get there and there is a $25 charge. Seemed like a decent price so we did it. We were first brought into a room and told a little history. Then we went and sat on the side of the fields (not really in them but not away either). We then were brought into the factory and got to see them picking the stems and leaves away from the grapes and then they were put into a machine that took them off the vine.
Finally we were brought into some other rooms and told about the whole process and what not and then the wine tasting. Not being a wine drinker I wasn't really looking forward to this part. Hubby of course was. Anyway we sit and try the 3 different wines were given. I didn't like any of them. My husband on the other hand liked them all. When our guide found out that I never tasted a wine I liked he went and got a fourth bottle for everyone to try. He said he would find one I liked so drink until I found one. Well the first bottle he chose was a very grapey tasting sweet wine. It was good. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste.
I enjoyed my experience but after calling a few more winerys and hearing they were either free or very cheap (under $10) I was a little annoyed at paying the price for the name.

We went there after touring the stadium next door because we were getting 20% off with our ticket stub. The food was pretty good, no complaints there and the atmosphere was really great. They have either a really large glove or ball (can't recall which) inside autographed by some players.
The whole experience was good. The place was dead for one o'clock in the afternoon but then it was on a Monday. I will recommend this place to anyone. The food was a little pricey though.
