I've been going to Beacons for several years and every time I go there, I am so shocked by the attitude of their sales ppl. It was rainy the last time I went, and the whole place stank like wet dogs (there were two wet dogs running around unattended). When I was trying to pay at the register, they found two price tags in one of the items and accused me of tempering with the price tag in front of a line of customers! How dare they! Of course I didn't do such thing and I was so embarrassed and angry that I lost my words. I explained to them that I didn't do it and they finally agreed to sell that very tempered price of $25!!!!!! item to me but I couldn't believe they acted like they were doing me a huge favor! How ridiculous! Every time I go there I was very shocked by their "I am too cool to help you" attitude, but this time it really did it. They do have a very big selection of clothes but more than half of them are cheap H&Ms from last season. And even if you do find some good stuff after hours of searching, their attitude aren't worth your penny. I am never going back there again.

I went the G & G Cleaner to fix my jackets and pants after my co worker recommended me this place. She said many soho boutiques commission them to do the alterations and they usually do a good job and they did! The price was pretty cheap and their alteration was very nicely done. The Chinese workers there speak English very well and they are very attentive. I highly recommend this place!

The drinks are alright, nothing very special. If you just wanna hang out with a few low maintenance friends after dinner this is a good place to go.

I know that china town isn't the place to receive the greatest service in nyc, but I've really had it when I went to peking duck house last weekend. The food was excellent, the place was very clean and the foods came out pretty quickly. Things seem wonderful until when it was almost time for them to close and we still had a lot of food left on the table. We got there around 10 pm, no one told us when they were closing. We ordered the house special deal which was a bit expensive for china town standard. It includes 3 appetizers, duck, 3 main entree, and deserts. and of couse, we would take more than 30 min to finish all that food. If they were going to rush us to finish the meal, they shouldn't have let us come in so late or at least tell us thier closing time. Not only they started to clean up while we were eating, brushing all the dusts on to our food, they came with deserts and the check even before we had half of our main dishes, and standing aroud us with their belongings ready to jump on us if we stay a min longer. We finally couldn't take it so we had to wrap everything to go. we were afraid that they were going to spit on our take home food so we just told them to bring the boxes out so we put the left over in the boxese ourselves. It was the most horrifying, rude service i've ever had in China town. Although the food was pretty decent, I don't think i would go back there.

I go to this place far too often, but I can't help it because it's just too good! They serve Japanese street food, a lot of fried stuff with mayo and noodles so don't expect to find a sushi boat here. The service can be a bit rude and the place is a too cramped. Try to avoid this place during the weekend night, unless you don't mind a very long wait.

This restaurant is always packed, due to their year round special of half price for sushi. The place is pretty big, but the ventilation is bad. It smells of clorox and fish. The sushi wasn't so fresh, everything tasted the same and some of the rice on the rolls were still warm.. which was weired. All four of us had at least one combo rolls with a drink and the bill came out to be around $30 which is dirt cheap for sushi. If you are looking for a quality sushi, then this is clearly not the place.

I don't like chocolates in general. But every once in a while, I love to go to Max Brenner and have their chocolate shakes and crepes. They are not too sweet but really delicious. And the atmosphere is very cute, especially love their smoothie cups with metal straws. The place is new, so everything is clean, the service is very good. Check out the shop on the way out. They sell gourmet chocolates and cute cups and fashionable chocolate gift boxes.

This place looks very fun from outside. It has tons of hanging chili lights and always packed. I went there with bunch of ppl and made a reservation but we had to wait about 30 min to get seated, and the waiters were anxious to get us out so they can seat more ppl. You can bring your own drink, so we had a few bottle of wine, and the waiters rushed us to finish our drinks. The place was dirty even under the crazy lights, the waiters were sleazy and very touch which I didn't appreciate. The soup we ordered as an appetizer tasted like a dish water...not really appetizing at all. The main course was o.k. but not impressive. The price is very cheap, cheaper than any Indian restaurants I've seen but I wouldn't pay to drink someone's dish water. I would never go there again.

This show is very entertaining, These guys can really act only with their movement to convey so much emotion and humor. I really enjoyed their funny but true comments about modern society, art and technology. Its a great show for both kids and adults. It gets really crazy at the end and everyone can't help but join in and go crazy with the blue man. I recommend it to everyone to go see it!
