Ok, another one for Applebees http://www.applebees.com/LocalInfo.aspx, however this one is a good one.
On a recent trip to the Woodbury Commons Premier Outlets, Harriman, NY, we needed a good spot for lunch. My mom doesn't like the cafeteria-style Food Court there, so, much to our fear (after having one horrible experience with this chain) we resorted to Applebee's.
Well, to start, it was PACKED!!! So we waited, but only for about 10 minutes. We were seated and our server came immediately. I ordered my usual, Nachos Nuevos, and within minutes our food came. When I saw my plate I nearly fell over. What a difference from my last! The plate was overflowing with chips and meat and cheese and everthing else that is supposed to be there. I thought it was so tasty. Everyone's lunch was so good and we were all very happy.
OK, so all is not lost with Applebee's.

6 months after losing my dad, my mom decided to sell her home and move to a better neighborhood. It was a hard decision but she did it. Well, she decided to use EXIT realty, and a particular agent (http://www.exitmls.com/agent_page.asp?agentID=1519). Well, all they did was inconvenience her, showed up to her house unannounced (when she specifically said she was only showing the house with appointments), or he made appointments and then NEVER showed or called. To make things worse, he did nothing but lie, lie, lie to her and my sister constantly. He also listed the house for LESS than the agreed upon amount. I am so glad her contract is up with him. Then to make things worse, now that the contract is up they are trying to get in with her again. Can you believe the nerve????
NEVER USE EXIT HOME REALTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perkins Pancake house http://www.perkinsrestaurants.com/home.html on Forest Avenue, on Staten Island, NY has never let me down. I was just there on Wednesday with my mom and daughter, and everything was very good, just as usual. The service is always quick and courteous, and the food is always fresh and very tasty.
The prices are also very comparative with dinersand other chains.
The restaurant is very clean and the staff is great!!!!!

Last night I took my kids to Chili's on Rt. 35, Holmdel, NJ, http://www.chilis.com/mq/advantage.php?transaction=search&country=us&template=map_search&address=&city=&stateProvince=&postalCode=07747&radius=10&searchQuantifier=AND&x=90&y=11 for dinner. We were seated quickly, but a server didn't come. Many tables were seated after us and served before us. I became a bit upset so I told a manager that we had not even given our drink order. Well, a waitress came to us and apologized, alot, and took our order. After that, it was all wonderful. The service was perfect from then on and the food was very tasty and fresh (and I am eating the leftovers right now). We were given drink refills without even asking and when I got the check I was happy to see it (pretty cheap). I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely return.

My mom and I go out to lunch every week and we almost always go to Applebees. http://www.applebees.com/MenuLanding.aspx There are 3 different ones on Staten Island that we hit. Today we went to the one on Richmond Avenue. Well, all I have to say is that when we left, I was telling people not to go in. Find a new place.
First, we entered about 1/2 hour after opening, so it was NOT busy at all. We were seated quickly, ok, fine. We ordered our lunches, which is always the same every time, I get the Nachos Nuevos, my mom gets the Angus Cheeseburger and my daughter gets grilled cheese. Well, like I said, it was not busy, but it took about 30 minutes for the food to come. Why, you ask?? Because they let it lay around. EVERYTHING was cold. My mom's burger was dried out (from being left out) and the cheese looked like someone scraped the piece off. Now, anyone who knows Applebees knows that the Nachos Nuevos is usually a huge serving, loaded with meat, lettuce, peppers and tomatoes and sour cream, and nice hot cheese. Well, my nachos consisted of about 20 chips(max) with watery cheese, no lettuce and hardly any meat, no peppers or tomatoes, and it was cold as well. The grilled cheese was thrown together and cold.
My daughter's lemonade tasted like dishwater. It was nasty.
Needless to say I will NEVER go to that one again, and I made sure I left my JB card at the table. Maybe they will get new people now!!!!!!!!

I have gone to the Park Place Diner, or the Sunshine Diner as my kids call it (do to the building's facade) and I have always had a good meal with a small check at the end.
I like the food and the service is quick.
The whole diner is clean and quite large, and the staff and management is friendly and very helpful. I also like it because it is truly family and kid friendly which is good with having two small ones.
I do recommend this place!!!!

I went to the Aberdeen Diner for the first time last week and I was completely surprised and thrilled. It is small, but the atmosphere is cozy and clean. It is very family/kid friendly as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and very pleasant.
The food is very tasty and what you get for the price is exceptional.
I recommend this place completely.

Not just looking for the Best Margaritas, but the Best Mexican Food Around??? Look no further. Jose Tejas in Iselin NJ has it all. Very centrally located on route 1/9 near the Woodbridge Mall, Jose Tejas has an extensive menu of Tex/Mex, Southwestern and Cajun cuisine. My favorite is the Crawfish Etouffee. AWESOME!! Their Fajitas are absolutely to DIE FOR...completely loaded with either steak or chicken, peppers, onions, the works. YUMMO!
And now the Margaritas...what can I say, either frozen or on the rocks, with or without salt, they are the best.
The greatest part of this place is the prices. My hubby and I eat there with appetizers and a meal and a Margatita or 2 for maybe $30. Well worth it.
I even love the atmosphere, country/western music, real wood tables and chairs. The staff is so nice and friendly and the food comes to you so fast.
ONE RECOMMENDATION...if you are in a great hurry to eat, go early in the evening. If you plan on going on a Friday or Saturday night be prepared to wait. The food is so good that Jose Tejas fills up fast! Well worth the wait though. ENJOY!!!!!
