The Mandara Spa at Universal Resort's Portofino Bay Hotel is amazing. As soon as you walk in, the fresh clean spa smell hits you. The receptionists are friendly and inviting. the women's lounge is stocking with amenities galore the treatment rooms and clean and tranquil. The massages are amazing and the pedicures are wonderful. The prices are what you would expect to pay at a nice resort and well worth it!

I recently ate dinner here with my family. We had a 6:30 dinner reservation on a Friday night, and we were the first ones in the restaurant! But, by 7pm, the place was packed! And I could see why, the food was amazing and the service was exceptional. The flatbread appetizers were wonderful, I had the salmon, which was a huge portion and delicious and everyone else loved there food. It's a nicer restaurant, so the food is alittle more expeniseve, I think it was about $250 for 5 of us - but totally worth it!!

Disney Quest is a very fun interactive area located at Downtown Disney. The price for admission is a little high, but well worth it if you plan to say for an afternoon. There are tons of interactive and virtual games in this huge building. Some attractions cost a little extra, but again, so much fun. There is a mini version of the Cheesecake Factory on the top floor, so the parents can take a break while the kids run around.

This is an amazing sports complex built by Disney. There is an ESPN restaurant and another sports related restaurant as well and a few sporting goods shops. But the most amazing thing of all is the baseball stadium. Using by the Atlanta Braves for their spring training, the stadium is pretty new and is really nice. There are other fields for soccer, lacrosse and other sports as well. Check it out if you are a sports fan...or not!

California Pizza Kitchen is an awesome restaurant. They feature unusual pizzas with toppings like BBQ chicken, avocados, ziti and even lettuce on their salad pizzas. The portions are large and the prices are pretty reasonable as well. The food is always tasty and hot, prepared just the way you want. Bring some friends and all try something new.

This spa is located on the Grand Floridian’s property, a short walking distance from the hotel itself. The ladies lounge has lockers where they provide you with spa robes and slippers. It’s nothing fantastic and I actually found it to be a little small with not enough chairs for everyone who was waiting for their appointments. The massage itself was wonderful and the room was very tranquil. After, I received a pedicure in an anything but relaxing or nice room. Overall, for the prices paid, I was not that impressed.

They feature contemporary American cuisine but are also known for their fresh sushi appetizers. If you decide to go for dinner, request a table by the window and you might just be able to see the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. Don’t forget your checkbook, this restaurant is expensive, but worth every penny.
