Dont be mistaken for Ivars as those fast food seafood restaurants Ivars by lake union is awesome for happy hour i believe its from 3-6 but i could be wrong usually it gets packed on the weekend as it is near the UofW were employee or student head there for happy hour.
For the price your paying i dont think your paying for half portions. The fish and chips are exceptional. I would have to put this Ivars as the flagship restaurant in seattle if you havent been here i definitely recommend this place not to mention they also offer great cocktails with happy hour prices.
The atmosphere is fun and more of a younger college crowd.
Wait staff was always there to make sure we were ok. especially with the drinks.

I went to this buffet place up in Lynnwood because is saw a sign that said seafood and sushi buffet...to my surprise it was actually a pretty decent size buffet restaurant that can fit about 200+ people while not on with Todai's it got alot of seafood entrees to choose from as well as sushi.
The price was not that bad either.
Per their Business Card:
"As a buffet-style asian bistro, small world cuisine gives dinner a change to try something different. The buffet offers about 50 different items to chose from in addition to move than dozen kinds of sushi."
Price wise:
Weekday Lunch: $9.99
Weekend Lunch: $12.99
Weekday Dinner: $14.99
Weekend Dinner: $17.99

Jimmy Mac's is a traditional roadhouse with all the workings, the ambience is set with country western music with a hint of a sports bar style.
They start you off with peanuts where you can grab a bowl and eat them at your table and throw the shells over your shoulder (becareful not to hit anyone..lol).
The menu is great and can be enjoyed by anyone that likes steak, chicken or pork....I usually go for the ribs and steak with a side of caesar.
Whats not usualy known by other is they have wonderful bread that i believe in my opinion is better than Cucina Cucina, their bread is sweet, soft and melts in your mouth....they are the best....if you cant get enough of their meat you can order uncook ready to go like at the meat market.....at their meat and poultry counter by the door way...
either or this is a place not to be missed.

stop by this place after hearing about it through a friend, and went in for some drinks and appetizers....
the Appetizers were on par and i would imagine these would be cheaper had it been happy hour but the drinks were coming around like non stop with their attentive wait staff.
Let me just say this for the single people out there, you do not want to bring a date here if you are a guy..because it seems to me that they only hire beautiful women here, as well as men but i dont judge men but if a guys eyes were wondering your girl may not like it.
its a nice romantic place for a group or get together with friends like guys night out or girls night out but not for a date or anything like that....it would be hard not to look around and check out the staff.
So all in all food on par, wait staff excellent, drinks were made to keep me in check so i would come back only with my guy friends.

I was in the mood for Happy Hour so a friend of mines and went Happy Hour Hopping and there was a sign in front of Del Rey for happy hour went in, got to see the menu and ordered away....
its a really small place painted in black interior and there was only one waitress and one bartender but lots of customers mainly younger females...and older males....interesting i guess but the happy hour menu nonetheless was good, we ordered fish and chips, PBR on tap, chicken quesedillas, crab cakes...and it was all under $20 bucks plus tip...awesome while it wasnt the best food but for the price you just cant beat it.
and the service even though it was only one waitress it was exceptional.

fort st. george is a different kind of asian/japanese restaurant, its kind of like a japanese fusion type without the fanciness, anyways i always would recommend this place for lunch for their lunch menu which is about 7 bucks miso soup and a side salad and asian spaghetti and your choice of 2 of the 5 entree's. Excellent deal and of course it has rice as well.
they also have a bar which is pretty hip at night on the weekends if you go there and find yourself needing a drink get the kamikaze on the rocks....

Going to hooters was a first time experience for me and few friends, although the hooters was a typical fancy restaurant that are in the likes of outback and redrobin. There food is on par which those guys but i would only recommend going there for the buffalo wings that seems to be the place where they are good are really known for.
if you ask anyone about hooters they would tell you two things the ladies and the wings and pretty nothing else.
for me i would just go to wingdome.

The Azteca location at northgate is nice and classy, seeing it from the outside i thought we would have good food and good service...while i was 50% right i was disappointed about the service....
We sat in a party of 20 people and I feel we didnt get the service we needed because for one thing we didnt come during busy hours, second they seem to have attitude when we ask them for things or water or refills.
I feel that a restaurant that is on par with say a red robin should be able to refil your cup without asking it to be refilled right?
but besides the service the food was excellent. I would have to say with mexican food you get alot for what you pay for.

Shiros sushi is located in belltown, the sushi was on average with other sushi restaurants i been to, but thats because you get two different kinds of service to choose from, if you sit at the bar you get hand made and made to order sushi by the owner, and his sushi is always better if you sit at the table you get the sushi from his partnes which to me is just average but the owner makes special order sushi for any diet you have.
Also the pricing is different sitting at the bar vs. sitting at a table its cheaper sitting at a table. But if you want average sushi and you plan to sit at the table you can go else where for cheaper but for good sushi sit at the bar and eat here.
The service was excellent, location is great the only gripe again is parking because its located in downtown.
The good times to go are the evenings.
if you go there ask for the dancing prawns its very interesting and make sure you sit at the bar.

Well this review is about gorditos its located in a whole in awhile on 85th, across from GreenWood Academy or near its painted with blue, yellow and red and it has a nice big sign.
The burritos are amazingly huge and large, i would recommend getting a regular size for an individual and one huge one if you were on a date. Service is excellent friendly staff, it what you would expect from a mom and pop restaurant.
I enjoy my meal there but the only gripe is that music was in the restaurant blaring loud and limited parking if you want to come during lunch yeah forget parking lol.
but on a nice sunny day you can trek it and sit out in the back where the have chairs and tables which is nice.
