He is really smart and current on the research. He figured out a problem my daughter had with chronic sinusitis that no one else could. He found a defect in her immune system using a state-of-art, simple blood test that most other doctors I meet have not even heard of. If you live far away, you may not want to go to him for the 'standard' allergy problems because if you need shots driving that far twice a week could be hard. But, if you've got a stubborn asthma problem or a kids who is sick all the time and no one knows why, he's really the best I've seen.

You know how awful it usually is when you have to switch your OB/GYN. Well, I moved and had to find a new doctor and Dr. Delgado made the switch very easy. The office staff is great and they are always accommodating to me. My friend also goes to Dr. Delgado and loves her.

Both my wife and I had a fear of the dentist, and after many years and some bouts with pains, we decided we needed to overcome the fear. The job I had finally offered a nice dental plan and off to Doctor Goons office we went. The minute you walk in you know you are going to be cared for. They are not only concerned about the health of your mouth but are also willing to make sure you are completely comfortable for all procedures. We had X rays done, cavities fills, I had a root canal, and we had gum therapy. The dentist and assistants are of the highest quality and really get to know you. I felt very comfortable through all procedures, and though it is always scary to go to the dentist, they really make you feel good.

My experience with Kaiser has been pretty limited as I have only recently run into a reason to see the doctor. The doctor I have is a good one, and we use Kaiser because of coverage at work. Everyone I have come into contact with is sensitive to needs, from taking blood, to having a sonogram. When I was younger I went to a private doctor because my family was able to afford that, and if money was not an issue, I would do this because the care you get at something like that is more tailored to you . While Kaiser does a good job, it feels less personalized and more like a Walmart. The copayments for seeing the doctor and getting medication are very reasonable. If your coverage allows you to have Kaiser I would say you are in good shape, but if something serious were to come up, I would probably rather see a specialist.

The Countrywood shop is a very active one, and the crew of fresh faced kids is pretty consistent in their effort. Jamba is a good company and I am an ardent user. At times, the place bogs down. Its rather an either/or phenomenon. Sometimes, no matter how crowded, your smoothie is produced quickly. Others, no matter how uncrowded, its not!
I've shopped at many the Jamba and its the one failing of this shop that I can pass along -- not that I would make the trip over to the Pleasant Hill shop -- I'll just grin and bear it.

if you have no insurance John Muir Hospital inflates your bill over 600% . The billing department is the lowest of low. Even with legal help it is a slow and painful journey down a blind ally. Try to negotiate with what appears to be a massive bureaucracy.
Your stay will cost you an unbelievable $35,000 per day. Even if you ask for a cost estimate before hand you will be provided with little or no information about the bill. it comes in the mail 2 days after being discharged. I would rather die than set food in John Muir Hospital again.
If you have great , full coverage medical insurance , be there guest ! If you are one of the 8 million uninsured in California be warned . Your life will never be the same.

This dentist is such a nice person with excellent experience. He really takes time for each and every patient, treats them with respect and give them the best service. Not try to do anything for just money sake. He is a trustworthy person. His office is very clean, good and tidy and really wonderful. His staff are very friendly, coperative and nice. He is very professional and very flexible. He never asked me money or to pay the bill. He trust his patients well. He did not even send a bill.
