This is my first review!! woot!
First i have to say "wow!"
I went to Nogales High School, so Banana Bay (B-bay!) was a known spot. I used to go there all the time with my friends because they were open late had great food and the prices were unbelievably low. It seems like they have new ownership in the last couple of years, the quality of the food and drinks definately exceeds what it was when i was in high school (graduated '01).
I can recommend two dishes.... King Noodle and Crying Tiger. The noodles in the King Noodle were perfectly cooked and the sauce amazing. Crying Tiger is seared Rib Eye I think, a little bit spicy and simply fantastic.
Their Thai tea with Boba is some of the best around and their blended Coconut Drinks (made with fresh young coconut) are the best i've ever had.
Their dishes are always very well balanced for flavor and spice, but if you want it spicy, they will take care of you!!!
Pros: Great food, LOW prices, awesome drinks. beautifully decorated
Cons: New ownership solved all my concerns!

Diamond Plaza is a plaza located in Rowland Heights that I often frequent. It is located close to the Fullerton Rd. / Colima intersection. There are many Chinese restraints and miscellaneous stores to visit. Of my favorites, I like to visit the Infinity Arcade, Cue, Life Plaza, and Ten Ren’s Tea Place. At night the place is often packed with people and parking can be a hassle. However, regardless it is still a great place just to visit or hang out with friends at.

I would definitely recommend trying the spicy teba saki chicken wings, the katsu curry and the korean bbq set. The food is great. The only bad thing is that they are closed on Mondays. The best chicken wings ever!

My cousin works here so I visited him at work one day and I was quite pleased! They have delicious Chawan Mushi, a dish that is not commonly served at many Japanese restaurants. Their sushi is also really, really good!

All I can say is this place is just a WONDERFUL place to have dim sum, if you are not wanting to venture to China Town, in L.A. The dim sum is delish, and comes out plenty, you never have to worry about flagging a cart runner down. I never had a bad meal of Dim Sum here. I never had their dinners, but I do know their dim sum! LOL
Pros: DIM SUM, service
Cons: parking can be crowded during peak times

It took 1 hour to get a table when I had lunch at WSunday, but the sea food was good. Next time I will go later at night. It would be nice if they had a place closer to my house. My wife and I love the taste of the shimp and crabe. We took the left over to home for a candle lit dinner.

i could really quit all meat if i got to eat here everyday. they make a lot of faux-meat dishes w/ a variety of soy products, accompanied w/ yummy sauces and veggies. any chinese dish you can think of they have a vegetarian version there! they have a $12/person all you can eat menu, and you can order as many dishes as you like! just ate there tonight and realized the food is all vegan as well, can't think of any dishes that were made of any animal byproducts. great value and very tasty!
