I guess this store is like most of this type. The offer printing services, office and home supplies with a small section of classroom supplies. The clerks were very nice and helpful and encouraged us to take their survey in order to win money. The store was neat and clean. Even and clearance area was kept up. They offer frequent sales and even coupons from time to time.

This restaurant was very clean. The food was always filled up. The only thing I didn't like was we were there on New Years Day and they didn't open until 11:00 a.m. It was scheduled like a normal day not holiday or weekend so special foods were not offered like on the weekends but they charged us as if it were a weekend without the benefits. They didn't even offer any breakfast foods.

They offer coupons to deter the cost but they are right in line with other places like them. My daughters age 3 and 7 even liked it.

I am a little disappointed with this particular store. I have been shopping at Joann's for a number of years. And have bought wedding and baby fabrics and craft items from them. The staff at this store is uncooperative and just plan rude. My seven year old wanted to buy something that wasn't on sale but there was a coupon and the clerk, Lorie got really mad about her using it. She even ripped it out of her hand.

This a a nice little grocery store with hometown friendly staff. They are willing to help you locate things and will actually walk you to the item. They also offer to help bring extra bags or heavy items to your car. Who does that any more? There sales are right in line with other competitors which makes it nice prices.

This is a little store located in the Westfield Louis Joliet Mall. I was pleasantly surprised when I shopped there on the day after Thanksgiving. They were organized and very helpful. What a blessing. The staff was right there willing to help with any questions or direct you to what you needed.

They showed me different looks and even suggested contacts. Very professional. I was pleasantly surprised. Most of these type of store rush you in and out like cattle. It wasn't like that at all with them.

We also got a free gift when signing up and can continue to accrue points for future gifts. They even offer extra perks for direct deposit. The staff was equally friendly and helpful.

This location is very neat and clean. The clerks are always very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that they to alot of charity work and can easily add a few items when there only a dollar. They had several things that I have purchased for a dollar that I have seen in other stores for much more. My daughters love to go into the store and can actually buy something nice for their dollar.

This is a new store to this location. I'm glad they built it we don't have a store like this in our immediate area. Their store flyer has been excellent now I know what friends in others areas having been talking about. The clerks were very friendly and even the manager helped me find some ideas. It's very neat and clean (but it is new). They were willing to give rainchecks and take coupons with no hassle. Very happy to have shopped there.
