I have been with State Farm insurance for 24 years. Since the day I turned 16 and got my license. I have also been with the same office, located on S. Tryon St in Charlotte.
Although I live in Kannapolis and the office is 35 miles away, I have never considered changing offices. The agent and staff know me and my family. That is a BIG PLUS.
I have checked around with many insurance companies. I review my insurance every 6 months. I have never found anyone who can beat them.

Cannon Memorial Library has 4 locations. Kannapolis at the YMCA, downtown Concord, Harrisburg and Mt Pleasant.
My children and I visit the one in Kannapolis. The biggest reason is because it is 1 story. Whereas Concord is 2 story. This makes it much easier for my daughter and son to go to the children’s room and look without me. (They are 15/12. One should never let small children attend the children’s room alone.)
We love to visit the library and are regulars. We go every chance we get. Not only can you check out books, but they also have CD’s/DVD’s and video tapes along with books on tapes.

Not only are they set up for visitors, they promote public awareness of the importance of tourism.
Recently I took time for a small visit. I really enjoyed walking around and looking at a small history of our area. I was also happy to purchase a CD with local business listed with the Chamber.

Dr. Hughes is a wonderful and caring doctor. He is not only a leading doctor in our area, he is a volunteer physician in San Juan de la Maguana, Dominican Republic for 5 years.
My entire family has been seen by him at some point in time. He will always be our ear, nose and throat man.

PEAK FITNESS does operating 24 hours except on Saturday (til 5 pm.) and Sunday (12-5 pm) You may wonder about the people who would visit at 4-5 AM but quite a few do. Some are doctors, some are teachers and some are mom’s trying to bet the kids up. But whom ever you are the hours are there for you.
I have been a member of Peak Fitness for 3 years. I have no plans of canceling.

A well earned honor. They worked very hard toward this and was a gift for the new owner “Smith Family Baseball” who had purchased the team before the 2005 season.
Kannapolis Intimidators play at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium starting in April up to September. This is a great affordable way to take the family out. Enjoy a hotdog from the stadium concession or better yet a funnel cake or cotton cake at David’s concession.
Come on out and support the home team. Watch them take the Championship again….

Every morning you can stop in and grab a biscuit fresh made, while dodging parents on the last minute request for lunch box items for the Winccoff kids.

Best buy is coming to Concord. Woo Hoo…. I love Best buys prices. My husband and I have purchased 3 computers, a couple cameras and to telling how many CD’s and DVD’S from them. Their prices are hard to beat.
The only problem with Best Buy is their customer service is the pits.
Every time I have had an issue with a product I have had nothing but trouble. I have had to deal with the “Geek Squad” a few times about my computer and cam corder. They flat out told me I did not know what I am talking about. I may be blonde and blue eyed, but I am not stupid. Everytime I have been right on the money with the problem.
I think I’ll stick to CD’s and DVD’S from Best Buy, and ad match on the other stuff.
