I am a first time customer at Z Frank. I had been going to Mizera Chevrolet and prior to that Lynch Chevrolet because it is closer to my house. The last time I needed service I called Mizera only to find out that they were no longer in business. I went to Z Frank and now I understand why Mizera is no longer in business. Z Frank rocks, the way I was treated was so much better than any experience I had at Mizera or Lynch. I am now a loyal Z Frank customer.

"I purchased a volvo at Howard Orloff Jaguar Volvo 3 years ago. During the purchase I was dealt with fairly and professionally. Since then I've had my car serviced there for 3 years. The service has been outstanding. They always go above and beyond to help and finish the car on time."

If you have spent enough time in Chicago, you have probably seen the Perillo Motors' commercials with Mr. Perillo himself as the star.
This auto retailer is retailer of one of the finest luxury cars. They have a great selection here and I like to browse through (even though I really cannot afford any of them).
But if you are looking into buying yourself a nice Beemer or another car of that sort, I would really suggest this dealer because you will get an awesome selection and great service.

I recently bought a new Passat and had a wonderful experience. My sales person, Karmela, was extremely patient. I test drove several different models before choosing the car that was best for me. The sales people came off as being honest and caring. The general manager, Tye, even came out and personally spoke with me. He assured me that I had made the right decision. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about their product. They took the time to sit down and make sure that I had a monthly note that was low and fit my budget. I was and still am completely satisfied. My daughter will be 21 in a few months and I plan on purchasing her a new bettle. I will be back to City VW.
Pros: They are patient and will work to get you a LOW monthly note.

I have taken my car in here many times before to get various things done, like wheel alignments and oil changes. The people here are great. I don't need to make an appointment and I can walk in and get quick, fast service. The mechanics here are great too; also many of the things they do are now computerized, which is cool too. Their also not too expensive, which is good because I'm always doing stuff to keep my car in shape and running smooth. These are mechanincs you can trust.

I take my Toyota Corolla to Metro to be serviced. I bought it elsewhere and was displeased with the service at that dealer and have been nothing but happy with the service Metro has provided.
They offer some of the best prices in town for a dealer and always have valuable coupons for extra discounts. They do all their services quickly, in a timely manner and are pleasant and hardworking.
I won't take my car anywhere else! Metro has a great service department!

My friend bought a Honda Civic in 2001 from Carr's. I must say that with any car dealership, your experience is probably highly dependent on the individual salesmen you interact with. I went with her to this dealership twice; the first time, we had an extremely indifferent (not rude, just indifferent) salesman who just couldn't be bothered, I guess, but the second time we met quite the personable chap who managed to be earnest without being pushy. So needless to say, my friend bought the car.
She's been pretty happy with their service and the price she paid. About the only reason why I would not, in fact, give them a higher rating than just 'good' is that one of their major selling points is that they claim to be #1 in customer satisfaction for Honda dealers in the Chicago region.
But, you see, for EVERY customer there, they give them the following spiel "I'll give you a really good price. But could you do something really easy for me in return? Could you fill out this form, and say that we gave you really good service? That's all we want in return?"
So - just how reliable do you think those #1 customer satisfaction ratings are?
