My husband and I went to White Castle on Valentines Day. They had a special night where you had to make reservations. They had table clothes, candles, flowers, and a waitress. They also gave us a free Valentines Day cake and candy. It was a fun and silly thing to do on Valentines Day, but we had a blast!

This is a very busy conveinent store/gas station. My husband and I stopped in there the other day to get some ice and pop for a party and I was so shocked at how cheap their 2-liters of pop were. They had Coke products 2 for $1.78. I was expecting to pay about $2 per 2-liter due to it being a conveinent store. The cashier was very nice and even gave us a plastic carrying case for all the soda we bought. Easy parking too.

This is a HUGE convention center on the outskirts of Chicago. They have 2 levels, tons of rooms, and easy parking across the street with a tunnel to walk through, or even valet parking. I've gone to quite a few trade shows here and its always been a pleasant experience.

This is a great hot dog stand/quick easy food. They have quite of few great things on the menu, but I had a Chicago Hot Dog and it was super good. Fresh french fries were made right in front of us and the price was right. Quick easy in and out. Great place to take the family.

This is a wonderful seafood/cajun restaurant with some really good food. I had their lobster bisque, which wasn't on the menu, but they made it anyway and it was the best bisque that I have ever had. Just a little hot kick, with lumps of big lobster - it was sooo good. The prices are a little high, but nice atmosphere and easy parking.

Ok, this is one of my favorite "house" decorating stores. The prices are soooo affordable and they have a huge selection. Its a total experience shopping at this store. The showrooms give you tons of ideas and then you can have a snack or dinner at the cafe and then you can finish your shopping experience in the basement and purchase all your items. Parking can get a little crazy.
