I called and asked to make an appt for an apprentice haircut, only to be greeted by an ultra-rude receptionist, who acted as if she was doing me a favor. They've CHANGED their policies on making appts for apprentice cuts. Not only do you have to pay in cash, but you have to pay AT the time of the appt, and have to come in before hand for a meet and greet. They were laxed about this before, but apparently they've had some people make appts and not show up, but they don't need to punish everyone else! I mentioned that I would not be able to make it to meet them for a prior meeting, and they said I need to FEDEX the $ to them, and once they receive the cash, only then will they book an appt for me!!! After they take your money, and make an appt, YOU CANNOT change it. No modifications, running late, nothing. They make it nearly impossible for you to get an apprentice haircut. It's sad, because that is one of the best things they offered. I've gotten an apprentice cut before, and they do a phenomenal job...but I'm never going back if I need to ship cash to them just to make an appt. That's down right absurd. They aren't the only $100+ trendy salon in that area that offers apprentice cuts. I'll go somewhere else to save myself the high maintenace attitude and demanding personalities.
