I've called these guys up before when one of the ACs in the warehouse wasn't working and these guys showed up on the spot within an hour and saw that I just needed to replace a pump. So they went and ordered it, came back the next day and everything was fixed. Really nice guys and fast too!

I've used Roto-Rooter before and they fixed my problem, but as I write I am taking a day off from work to wait for them. I called at 7:30 this morning and they said they'd have someone out to fix my problem by 10:00. At 9:30 I get a call saying they're running late, they should arrive no later than 11:30. At 11:45 when they hadn't arrived I called to check the status and the dispatcher got an attitude and told me they would be here by 1:00. It's 12:30 now. We'll see how that goes.
Overall the work is fine but the service and broken promises have made already negative experience of not having working plumbing even more negative. I won't be calling on them again.

When I called I was told they couldn't get somebody out to me today. That's not 24 Hour Emergency service. Why not just tell the truth and call it "We'll Get To You When We Get To You Plumbing"?
