Sentinel Lockout Services & Security Systems were flexible, professional and went the extra distance to meet with my needs. Even the torrential downpour did not stop them from getting there work done. They even lubricated and made all of my older locks work like new. All of this, and they are very very reasonable. more

Sentinal Lockout Services is the best place to call when you need a great locksmith.. They actually do what they say they do and the prices are very reasonable.. I have used others in the past and none compare. thanks guys more

Was locked out of my apt and waited for the tech to come. They told me 20 mins but they arrived a little later than I thought. They did charge a fair price and the tech got me back in the apt in mins. more

My key broke in the ignition lock when I got home last night. Sentinal Lockout Service techs came over fast and removed the broken key off the lock, I was still able to afford rent...Thanks again!? more

Extremely nice and helpful guy. Arrived on time after I called and had the issue solved in no time at all. Even taught me how to pop the lock open again if I ever managed to lock myself out again. First rate service for all the boneheads out there like me. If you're in a jam and need a professional locksmith, you run no risks with Sentinal lockout services. more

great 24 hr service 5/28/2010

sentinal Lockout services are the nicest guys EVER!! They didn't judge this silly little absent-minded girl for locking her keys in her house. They didn't call me or my door names when they couldn't use their tools to unlock it and had to drill my door knob out. And they didn't roll their eyes at me when I asked them to make me three extra keys after making them work super hard. These guys were awesome!!? more

The locksmith from Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems was wonderful and he picked the lock in 2 seconds. Which makes you want to kick yourself in the head. The price was affordable, not like those shady places cost for labor, then additional for service. Recommend! more

right decision for me 5/28/2010

I have used two locksmiths in the past year or so -- both showed up quickly and were pleasant to work with, but one grossly overcharged me, and the other was incredibly reasonable. Last week, I had a problem opening a door that had its lock replaced within the last year, but I could only find one business card. I still can't remember which company did what and called to see if Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems could help, telling them all of this. They showed up within 20 minutes, opened the door for me and fixed it. These guys rock! I'd definitely call them again. more

Quick response and fair rates 5/27/2010

Thanks to Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems for installing a high security locks for my garage door, their charges are reasonable and less than others. All installation work completed in very less time, now i am much more confident about safety of my vehicles, appreciating work. more

I called Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems to change my locks in my apartment, because my boyfriend and I broke up and I needed someone to change them fast so he cant' get in. They worked really fast and they didn't charge me a lot of money. Great Service! more

The guys from Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems did a great job changing the locks on our new house. About 30 mins to change three doors with deadbolts & handles, and a mailbox locks. more

This is one of those times where I'm glad I have a platform where I can recommend a business. A few days ago I got locked out of my apartment. I got a few quotes from all sort of locksmith companies - and decided to go with these guys "Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems", since they were pretty close to where I live. The locksmith got to my door within 10 minutes of my call - worked on it for a few moments and asked for less than I was quoted. When I expressed my surprise - he said it's becasue the job took half the time it usually is, and said that if want to return a favour - I can spread the word. So here I am spreading the word - there's a decent locksmith company in NYC! more

highly recommend 5/25/2010

One morning I found my car ignition switch is not working smoothly and I won't able to start my car. I realized that my car needs a car locksmiths to solve that annoyance. I called Sentinal Lockout experts to handle that situation and within just no time they approached to my location and after 30 minutes everything was fixed. I was charged a fair amount. They provided me some important tips for healthy ignition system. These are really recommended services. more

We had an annoying situation that required a professional locksmith to tackle. We want our entry door lock to be repaired as soon as possible as we all going for outing. Sentinal Lockout was the professionals who executed the whole workout in a manner that made the situation more tolerable. The technician who came to my apartment were truly gentlemen, and completed the whole workout very efficiently. more

I lost my cupboard key somewhere in the garden. I tried to search spare key but I didn't have. So, I called Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems to make a new key for my cupboard. They were very prompt and polite on phone. They created a new key in just 5 minutes. Amazing work done by Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems. more

Knowledgeable & Trustworthy 5/23/2010

I found Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems on this website and the many positive reviews are correct. Our front doors were painted and we planned to replace the 25yr old locks ourselves with a weiser model from Home Depot. When we couldn't install it, we called Sentinal Lockout. Their locksmith came right away and made an honest attempt to install the locks for us. Turns out our doors are thicker than standard. We had no choice but to go the custom route. He patiently helped me understand the different models and materials. He also let me try to find some locks on my own (looking for a deal). In the end we went with an Emtek lock. No delays in getting the lock or installing the lock. I would definitely use him again. more
