I had lost my keys to my car and was in need of a good and reasonable locksmith. I found Sentinal of New York thru a websearch for my city. I called them and they quoted me a very reasonable price for them to come out and cut me a key so that i may get into my car. They were very quick to respond to my request. The employee was a very respectable and kind man who did a very quick and throrough job without any damange to my locks. Compared to the other lock services i had called, Sentinal Lockout Services was very reasonable and able to get to me quickly. They were able to meet my needs quicker then any other company, and for that i am greatly appreciative. more

Truly professionals! 4/16/2010

I know now what locksmith to call whenever I am in need! After having managed to lock my keys in my car I had 3 different locksmiths "try" to help me, fortunately I reached Steve from Sentinal Lockout with the 4th call. He was up-front and courteous about the challenges of opening up my BMW and then had the tech at my place in 20 minutes. My apologies for the cliche, however "where there is a will there is a way"...and the tech found it! After being poorly treated (in fact laughed at) by other locksmiths it was refreshing to find the Sentinal Lockout team. They know about locks and about being professional, I highly recommend them to anybody. more

Fabolous and fast! 4/16/2010

We had our car stolen with keys to our house inside...Sentinal Lockout came within an hour, was incredibly friendly, reasonably priced and had our locks changed immediately -- all on a Saturday afternoon! They're fabulous! more

Sentinal Lockout is extremely professional and courteous. High praises for the front office phone customer service, their follow-up, and the locksmith is obviously a professional lockshmith, as he fixed both my locks in short order. He also took the time to field my questions, and he had some excellent advice. I am very happy with my new locksmith, and I highly recommend sentinal lockout more

I was amzaed with how perfectl a job they did in such a little amount of time. I was locked out of my car, and locksmith came in 30 mins and had me back in my car in less than 5 mins! This is where it's at. If your looking for a locksmith look no further. more

great customer service! 4/12/2010

I was blown away by the friendly, reliable service and very affordable prices, I must say. I called Sentinal Locksmith to come to my house at 8:30 PM to replace a lock and was told they would arrive in half an hour. It took only 20 minutes and the locksmith was there. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. The work was phenomenal; fast, professional plus he kept me informed the whole time. He did not leave until he made sure everything was working and clean! I would definitely use them again. more

Sentinal Lockout were recommended by the Realtor that had helped me find my new house - she had great experience with them over the years, as had her clients. I needed the locks changed on my new home and they were there the next day. the locksmith was friendly, efficient and knew his craft. within a couple of hours, he had changed the 7 locks I had scheduled and fixed two others that had seized with age and weather exposure. He even found a work- around that allowed them to be keyed to the rest of the house, even though the brands were very different. now that's good service! Their prices were more than reasonable for the house call and the amount of work involved and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone. more
