I can't begin to explain how great my experience was with Xidax. I was first on the website just browsing and looking what they had, then a customer service rep popped up in a chat window asking if i had any questions. I had to ask if i was talking to a real person because i was not sure (haha) but it was a live person. a person that understood my slang and ignorance (which i apologized for). Zack and Daniel were more than helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns. I was so happy with the whole process that i bragged to my friends about the company and now they plan to buy from xidax. shipping was FAST and that life warranty is AWESOME.
