I can't begin to explain how great my experience was with Xidax. I was first on the website just browsing and looking what they had, then a customer service rep popped up in a chat window asking if i had any questions. I had to ask if i was talking to a real person because i was not sure (haha) but it was a live person. a person that understood my slang and ignorance (which i apologized for). Zack and Daniel were more than helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns. I've never been so excited about a PC in my life. I'm a disabled vet and had a PC I wanted to customize myself, but never had the money to do it. Xidax PCs gives me a military discount. I checked with all of the other places that do PCs and nobody gives military discounts. The other places don't offer warranty on parts and on top of that they're charging you $12,000. Xidax also offer rush shipping. The other places want to keep it for two or three weeks. You guys are the best company and I will definitely be buying from you again for the rest of my life. more

OK well where to start. The Order process was Stellar. Zack was awesome. I used the Xidax.com's chat feature to speak with Zack on Numerous Occasions reguarding my Order and Specs of the laptop. I work 16 hours days sometimes and I was nervous about an aspect of my order and sent a message via the chat window on the website at 11:30PM EST. Zack RESPONDED WITHIN MINUTES. I was Impressed. No I do not work for Xidax I am just a customer From NY that heard about the company on Nvidia's Facebook page. The laptop came UPS ground and in Great packaging as to not damage the system. Specs where what was discussed. Here is what impressed me even more. I took delivery of this system on July 1st or around there and Xidax has a Summer sale going on that is giving 5% off a system and a couple games. I didnt expect to get Anything but I sent a message to Zidax and Zack came through again with Codes for Splinter cell and Credits for planetside 2 and Hawken. This is great. Now I know he didnt have to do this but he took care of me even after I bought the system. That is what customer Service is all about as far as im concerned. Xidax you have a Customer for Life!!!! I was frankly excited when I received my Xidax computer. I've purchased from online retailers in the past with a somewhat less than pleasant experience but these guys really took care of me from start to finish. My machine kicks butt! I never have a crash or wait for anything. It just moves right along quickly with great haste. It runs all games I have thrown at it 1080p and all Ultra, such as Far Cry 3, Tomb Raider, WoW, Dead Space 3. I am super happy with the system. It doesn;t get hot either, very good venting. The 16gb ram makes it runs so well. It's terrific, I would totally recommend this to anyone wanting a gaming laptop! more
