Toto is another inexpensive Chinatown hair salon. Thirty dollars should be able to get you a simple cut. There is nothing really special about this place. However, here you can straighten you hair by relaxing it for 100ish bucks. It is supposed to look more natural and cause less damage to your hair compared to traditional Japanese straightening. more

Another great hair and beauty salon place. Personally this is one of my favorite hair salon because the combination of hair styles and service really marked an impression on me. The staff was friendly and my hair stylist (I don't remember his name) spent forever on my hair of course in a good way. I have plenty of hair so it took him about 1 1/2 hour I think to perfect my hair because he had to layer it. During the whole time he never complained or acted rude and most importantly he didn't do a lousy job or try to finish my hair fast so he can work on others. My sister and I came to this place together and her stylist also took his time as well. Overall great service. Price for me was 26 dollars because I had long hair. They also have other services like straightening, waxing, and perming. Great place for hair cut if around the area. more
