I wandered into this store while I was waiting for a friend and this place sells some neat items. It takes one simple item such as a mouse pad or even a bib and transforms it into something else by adding splash of colors and designs. I believe this store is based in France. The designs are different and creative. If you are looking to add a modern twist to an old favorite such as lamps, toasters, pens, and coasters this is the place for you. The only down side are the prices. A was priced for about 25 dollars. It may be a tad steep for some, but the items are very cool and neat.

Reliable Hardware is a local hardware store servicing many for years. Our family has been coming here for 10 years to buy locks, tools, nails, screws, and to make keys. Other times I come here to buy supplies to make science projects such as light circuits, batteries, and wires. The staff is always helpful and around to answer questions you may have. It's definitely less expensive than going to a store like Home Depot to find your basic needs in tools and hardware. So the next time you are looking to pick up some quick supplies this store is for you.

Paper Presentation is another good alternative to Kate's Paperie. Focused on the same customer bunch. The store specializes in different types of papers for invitations to weddings, showers, parties, housewarming, and etc.In addition to papers they do sell premade invitations and also supplies for scrapbook ideas. They even sell embossing and shape punchers. What I liked about Paper Presentation than Kate's Paperie is the atmosphere, the crowd seem less uptight plus they had more card options and the price may had been slightly cheaper.
The only disadvantage is that their paper supplies seems a bit limited compared to Kate's. They didn't have really unique paper that I was trying to look for. However they do have a good variety of "regular" paper to work with.

This jewelry shop does not sell diamonds or gold, however if you are looking for jewelry that sparkles when it hits the light this shop has it. The store sells pins, brooches, necklaces, tiaras, hair pins, hair clips, bracelets, and earrings. It's a great place if you are looking to add accessories to an outfit or even to your hair.
The only disadvantage may be the price of the items. A hair pin or clip can cost you $10 dollars-$20 dollars. You may find that you can get a better deal elsewhere, but the stones/studs do sparkle nicely not sure if it is worth the price to some.

Chinatown Fair is a small crowded video arcade store. The crowd in here is typically teenagers and is usually crowded during after school hours. It has the popular game Dance Dance Revolution where you stomp on the dance pads while following the arrows on the screen. This arcade usually has a line. There are also the common basic favorites such as pac man, street fighter, tekken, and marvel characters. Another fun feature of this video arcade is the "dancing" chicken and tic tac toe chicken. You put in a quarter and you go against the chicken in tic tac toe.
Beware of you are not use to crowds, smoke, and messiness. Also I would suggest keeping your valuables close to you as it can get crowded in here.
