Ever since I switched to Jerri's cleaners my suits and shirts never looked better. I went there to have them address what I thought would be a difficult stain on my favorite suit. The suit came back with the stain gone, and a tight, fresh feel it hasnt had in years. Since then I have had many garments laundered and they all came out great, the shirts are good too. more

I do not recomend 10/27/2005

The first time i used this place they were great, but after that it just kept going downhill. Whites were dull and not bleached, workers became burdened when you asked to have your clothes done for the next day. My whites came back with red all over them so i had to send them back to get bleached. When i sent them back i dropped off a sweater to be dry cleaned. The sweater came back with one of the buttons cracked off. Thank god the sweater came with an extra button. There are so many laundry/dry cleaning places in the neighbrhood...i would try someone else. more

The Place Your Mother Would Use 6/30/2004

This Place is awesome! I am very picky about where to send my clothes and I can assure you this is the place for dry cleaning. The problem in NYC is that there are 3 DryCleaners for every city block. How do you choose?? Fear no more! Their fast service and reliability make it HANDS DOWN the best DryCleaners in the UES. Scott, the manager is extremely attentive and will never let you down. DryCleaners tend to be rude or just don't care about their customers because of the high volume of clients they deal with. Scott however, shows you how much he values his business as well as putting his heart into his service. Try it once, you'll notice the difference. Very fair prices too! Saved my leather jacket 6/4/2002

My favorite leather jacket met my very muddy dog...not good, especially since my wife gave it to me. But the guys at Madame Lioret got it good as new (before my wife even noticed). They're great. Pros: good, fast, nice more
