Worse Visa Agency ever!!!\r \r Basically I needed a Brazil visa fast... I had a friend recommend Its Easy. Huge mistake!! They originally have a $149 rush fee on visas.... once my visa application was submitted they then said there was an extra $226 Special Handling fee.\r \r After talking with the Lady on the phone she admitted that the Brazilian Embassy doesn't do anything different it's just a factor of how long It's Easy will hold it on their end.. This is just a way to extract more money from customers as this extra money doesn't go to the Brazilian Embassy.\r \r Due to It's Easy not informing me about their policy to hold visa applications unnecessary unless you pay their extra exorbitant Special Handling fees... and not informing me of that until the application was submitted!!! I will sadly not be able to get a visa in time to go to Brazil:-(((\r \r So AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!! more

I realized my passport was expired on Sunday and was planning on driving into Canada on Tuesday. I tried googling around to see if they really, really need to see a current passport in Canada (they don't, but the US demands one for re-entry) and during that search I noticed an expediting service called Rushmypassport. I tried calling that site but they are only open M-F, 9 - 5, and are located in Florida. I couldn't see how I could FEDEX them my information on Monday and still have everything back by Tuesday at 8 in the morning. I was getting pretty upset. Then, somehow, I stumbled on the site for it's easy. Their message gives telephone numbers for specific people, so I tried calling the one for Leslie. I wasn't expecting much on a Sunday, but Leslie picked up her cell phone. She was amazing! She walked me through exactly what I needed to do (forms I needed to fill out, confirmations I needed to find, etc.) and made several calls on my behalf - all on Sunday! I was back and forth on the phone with her many times during the day. She arranged that I'd meet her expediter outside the passport agency with all my forms at 8:00AM. At 8:00, there he was. He checked my paperwork, and then all I had to do was go back up to their office at 2:30 to pick up my new passport. It all worked out perfectly and was totally worth the money! My experience with It's Easy was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and patient. Unfortunately I waited for the last moment to get my daughter's passport and I was worried. No need. Claudia was most helpful, cooperative and she set my mind at ease. I will always recommend It's Easy. Because it is. Thanks Claudia, Chanel is off and running/enjoying. Lol more

I needed to get my passport renewed and I had a little less then 2 months before I left the country. I didn't want to chance it and do it myself because the government website says it takes 4-6 weeks to process. I was nervous about not getting it expedited but It's Easy assured me that I would get it back in no more then 2-3 weeks. A week and half later my passport arrived by mail...and this is during the holiday season! I was very impressed with their service and the way they handled everything. Although the office is a little strange (no real room, kinda like a closet), they were completely adequate and efficient in handling my passport and passport photo needs. I would recommend them to anyone that needs passport help! more

I had to get a Visa to go to China for an unexpected trip. When I arrived at the Chinese Consulate I was told that the procedure had changed and was unable to enter the building to get the application to fill out. My friend and I rushed to Its Easy because we were departing in five (5) days. I was releived of all of my stress from the moment that I arrived. Claudia was so professional, efficient, kind and generous. She even tyoed the application for me when I had a problem with their laptop. Claudia was a surprise and a pleasure for me. She guided me through the process and told me to contact her on Friday morning. When I called she knew who I was and told me that the Visa had not arrived but to call me back at 4:00 p.m. The Visa was there when I arrived. I am now in Shanghai becaue of Claudia. I would recommend Its Easy to anyone who does not hve the time to spend at a Consulate, which generally takes 2 hours wait time. But it is the employees that make or break a business. Claudia treats her job as though it was her own and she is constantly smiling. Claudette is a name that only my family uses, but I want her to know that I truly respect her and the service that she gives and she will remember me by my name, since I am sure that others feel the same as I do. My brother was giving me a car and I went to them to help me register it and do the necessary paperwork. They were helpful, informative and unbelievably quick. I filled out my forms on late Friday afternoon and picked up my plates Tuesday afternoon. I didn't have to miss work or be annoyed by the DMV. I would recommend them without question if you have DMV related transactions. more

Began using It's Easy 5 or so years ago after having bad experiencs with a number of others. It's Easy is the best - great service, great rates. Don't let the appearance of the small crowded office concern you - its efficient, the people are friendly and accommodating, and they have never failed, after years of service to get things done on time, and I have challenged the possible on several occasions. Musleh is the best, Claudia is great, and there is nothing in the world of visas and passports they can't get done! more

Claudia is AMAZING, This is a place where you can get all you need done for your passport and visa. She was one point with all that need to get done and got it all done on a timely manner. This has got to be the most disgusting place I've ever been to. I'm convinced the Indian man who claims he's the ""owner"" is mental. It was my first time applying for a passport...so I made sure I did my research and had all the forms/documents ready when I got there. As soon as I go up to him...he says ""hurry up and don't waste my time"". He acts as if he's doing me a favor, and then makes some bs excuse saying my fs-11 form is the old version(which is a lie since I got it directly from the gov't site). Since there's a month left till my trip...he told me to come back in 2 weeks(guess he can charge me more that way). So I basically yelled and told him not to be so rude/nasty. Fortunately the post office was near by...and the whole process was taken care of within 5 minutes.\r I'd rather not travel than deal with these uneducated people.\r \r more

I came to Itseasy in a panic, calling from Calif. late on Friday, worried that I wasn't going to be able to get to India on time for my hip operation. David, the owner, was great, and led me through the entire process. I would recommend Itseasy to anyone needing quick help in jumping through the seemingly daunting hoops of obtaining a quick passport and visa. Itseasy removed the stress involved with this piece of my travel puzzle, and for me, this was huge. Kudos to David and Itseasy! Pros: Calm, helpful, quick Cons: None that I can think of more

I have used Leslie and her gang here over 50 plus times in the past 5 years for our dealership and twice for personal business....I have had the best service from them. I recieved my updated passport with in 36 hours of dropping it in the fed ex box here in Bar Harbor Maine. They are wonderful!! Pros: quick and convenient more

This office of It's easy is just not good. I found them unprofessional and disorganized. There seems to be only 1 person able to ""serve"" customers and he tries to serve as many as possible at once - with the obvious result of confusion and delay. The other branches may be fine but avoid this one in Rock Center. Pros: If you're desperate or lazy you can certainly save time Cons: Unprofessional, disorganized service more
