Worse Visa Agency ever!!!\r

Basically I needed a Brazil visa fast... I had a friend recommend Its Easy. Huge mistake!! They originally have a $149 rush fee on visas.... once my visa application was submitted they then said there was an extra $226 Special Handling fee.\r

After talking with the Lady on the phone she admitted that the Brazilian Embassy doesn't do anything different it's just a factor of how long It's Easy will hold it on their end.. This is just a way to extract more money from customers as this extra money doesn't go to the Brazilian Embassy.\r

Due to It's Easy not informing me about their policy to hold visa applications unnecessary unless you pay their extra exorbitant Special Handling fees... and not informing me of that until the application was submitted!!! I will sadly not be able to get a visa in time to go to Brazil:-(((\r

So AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
