The owner of the store is so unprofessional and not polite at all. First she never says thank you to the customer. I used to shop (not going any more) there a couple times a week....

HealthSmart is a Smart Choice 1/4/2010

HealthSmart in Murray Hill section of New York has everything I need. Organic Groceries, Gluten-free food, the best Smoothies and Shakes, made from fresh ingredients in the store - a one-stop shopping experience. Plus all the vitamins which help me from health to weight-loss. The store nutritionist - Jim - is very informative and listens to my needs so I can get the right products. He asks me what else I take to know what I missing from being the healthiest. Check out HealthSmart on 3rd Ave btw 36th and 37th Street - you'll be glad you did. more

  • HealthSmart first opened its doors in the summer of 2009. Since then HealthSmart has gained a loyal following of health conscious customers. The store's cleanliness and cozy feel has made it a neighborhood favorite amongst locals and has become Murray Hill?s own organic store. We are forerunners in a new type of Natural Foods Store. Our in-house nutritional advisor, Jim O?Donnell, can offer FREE advice in seven languages. In addition to vitamins and supplements we offer groceries and produce and prepared food that you can?t find everywhere. We have a gluten?free section that rivals much larger stores, a good selection of raw foods, and of course our products are organic. Even our pet food is organic. We have an organic deli of hot and cold selections created by Chef Lulu, featuring her Organic Asian Specialties, and Macrobiotic cooking by Chef Kezia.
