AGNES is the best !!! 1/9/2012

Every-time Agnes does my hair everybody on the street, especially women stop and ask me about my hair !!! Once even some photographer stopped me on the street to take pictures of my hair!!! Agnes is the best! Not only she is the best hairstylist, but also she is a wonderful person! She is extremely busy, and she works very hard !!! She is the best and she deserves the best !!! If not Agnes...I would not be back at Federico! more

I highly recommend this salon! The salon treat customer very nice and friendly plus the service is truly AMAZING Massimo is a truly life saver and was able to fix my hair disaster e from a previous visit at another hair salon! Massimo did magic to my hair color and bought it back to normal. His is a master in his work and always comes out with the most amazing end results. The team offers you fresh beverage, and magazines. There are never long waiting times and the atmosphere is totally friendly and calm. I always get compliments about my hair after my visit at this salon! more

Gone for years and still loving it like it was day one! 12/17/2011

I have gone to Federico salon for years and he has always done an amazing job. I finally decided yesterday to completely change my look, I chopped it all off! I used to have long flowing brown hair and now its an amazing blonde shoulder length cut with blunt bangs! I never thought I could actually look this good. Upon telling Federico what I wanted him to do, he was a little hesitant because he did not want me to be shocked by the complete transformation. He wanted to make sure that I really wanted to go in this direction and I loved that he was so concerned and genuine. Any other stylist would merely do what the client wanted and just get them done, he really cared about how I was going to react. During the whole process I felt right at home everyone took great care of me, ordered me food for lunch, made me espresso, and gave me the best scalp massage ever during my shampoo! In the end, I think Federico and his staff are amazing and I would recommend his salon to everyone! Blondes really do have more fun!! more

Federico and his styling team are the epitome of excellence. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. It was such a relaxing and personal atmosphere, that I felt right at home. I put my complete trust in Federico and his team to transform my look. The cut and color was perfect and complemented my face shape and skin tone so well. WINNER 2010 CONCIERGE CHOICE AWARDS 5/25/2011

I went to Federico Salon because I read they won The 2010 Concierge Choice Awards, beating out Federic Fekkai!!! Federico gave me a great haircut, Massimo great color. When I go to high profile events, Agnes or Bianca style my hair, Mahea, celebrity makeup artist gives the finishing touch. Nikki the receptionist is warm and sweet and Patricia gives the best head massage when getting hair washed. Two months ago I had hair straightening by Massimo and Bianca. It looks great so two folks in my office have been going to the salon, a guy and a gal. Federico Salon is now the Official Hair Salon offering jetset style to all Blue Star Jets customers on and off the jet. Thats right....Federico and gang will take to the skies with our jet customers to work behind the scenes on rock stars,movie stars, wealthy private individuals. like they did on 5/24 as the Official Hair Salon for the 56th Annual Drama Desk Awards. Very rude abd terrible customer service 10/21/2010

I went to the is salon 3 times. I had a great haircut the first time but noticed that federico was very abrupt and left the room as soon as the cut was done. The second time the haircut was ok. he again was now where to be seen after. the receptionist was not very bright or nice. the third time the cut was awful he didnt take much time at all. I called when I got home and was told I would get my $210 back. it never came. I called and emailed again in a few weeks. I was told he would cut my hair for free again and they would call me to schedule. NOTHING. They ignore complaints, are rude and I lost $210 and had someone else cut my hair within 2 weeks. I DONT reccomend them. more

Hair heaven 6/12/2010

Massimo and I discussed my hair and came to the conclusion that I need a total transformation. One may be afraid and go crazy when proceeding to very very short from very long hair and from dark brown to something rather blondish but I went along with Massimo and it was perfect. Massimo is not only a great professional, he is also a great listener and a good adviser, he knew how to balance perfectly what I wanted with what he thought was good for me.And we all know a major change is sometimes so inspiring, I feel truly liberated and happy to see that my hair can be crazy short and look cool. Grazie Massimo!!!! The atmosphere in the salon is very nice, all staff is warm and friendly, I really felt spoiled. Pros: good service more
