The haircut I got from Federico himself garnered me more compliments than any haircut I've ever had. He cuts beautifully, and so does William, who did a followup trim eight weeks later. The colorist was excellent at giving me what I wanted--undetectable brightening and a little life in my brunette locks. The setting is really very standard; the work is not! I was so surprised by the quality of the cut--good things do come in plain packages! They really do cut for the runway shows here, though, so don't go during Fashion Week or the runup to it. Bonus: they know the current styles well.
