My friend and i walked into this agency hoping to get good prices for a trip away during spring break. we walked in and asked a lady for help and information about the bahamas but she did not know ANYTHING and had to ask another lady for help. WHAT THE FCUK?!?! are you serious? does their agency not have meetings where they update their workers on information? then this young man asked us if we needed help and took our brochure, looked at it and told us to go to another lady. like wtf?! why did you ask if you cant help us. i dont understand. and when we were finally placed with an agent that was willing to help she was so incompetent. she asked us what days we were planning to go away and how many days (when she knows there were nothing available during spring break and that the cruise trip is only 7 DAYS!.. ""we don't have a choice.. so why ask?) and when we told her she said no it is not available. are you serious? why did you ask us if you knew there were no days available lady!!!! that's not even it, they do not know how to pronounce bahama! why are you still in business, ya'll should be shut the fcuk down! just sayin. so incompetent! I'm MADDD tight! PISSED! (There were also China in the corner eating.. so unprofessional! stinking the place)
Let me give the boss an advice.. in order to run a successful business, you need to: TRAIN YOUR WORKERS! They are all so LOST! Put the China corner in the back room so they don't stink the place up! Also your workers need to take personal calls outside the office because nobody wants to hear ""hiya hiya hiya hiya"" so annoying! You have a moldy fish tank, it so dirty and foggy.. you need to clean the tank or else your fish will DIE. I'm going to call animal control for animal cruelty!
P.S. im chinese so i should be used to all of this, but they took it to the next level. SHUT IT DOWN!
