Used Citi Habitats to seach for an apt in NYC. Even though they didn't find my ultimate residence, the brokers were very attentive and knowledgable. I think most agents typically try to put spins on properties to gear your thought process, but my experience at Citi was different. They actuaslyl showed me apartments that met my criteria!
