Mom and Dad are not laughing anymore. 4/4/2011

Back in the late 60s, as a kid living at home, I would take all the old silver coins that were still in circulation and toss them into a jar. I told my parents that they would be worth more someday. They thought that was funny. Well a couple of weeks ago I took that jar to Buy and Sell Jewelry New York on 47th Street. They examined and graded each coin that interested them and paid a flat rate for the rest. One half dollar brought 150.00. A couple quarters brought over 25.00 each and other coins fetched premiums also. The take for the day was 1179.00. Mom and Dad are not laughing anymore. more

I had an inkwell and pen set made in Sterling Silver that was marked Tiffany and Company on the underside. I needed some quick cash and a coworker suggested I bring it to Buy and Sell Jewelry New York in the diamond district. I walked in without an appointment and they were glad to see me. I was glad to see them also to the tune of $750.00 for my early Tiffany desk set. more

Paid me top dollar. 3/25/2011

My mechanic gave me the bad news. I needed 1200.00 for transmission repairs to my car. I had no idea where to get the cash. My friend suggested I look in my jewelry box for gold that I no longer needed. She said the market price was over 1400.00 per ounce. I looked around in my drawers and jewelry box and came up with several old or broken items that I no longer needed. I brought them to Buy and Sell Jewelry New York and they paid me top dollar. I was able to pay my car repair and buy lunch for my friend who gave me the right idea. more

Best buying prices in town I did my research and found this place out of ALL that pays the highest . They are more than reasonable on gold every where else wanted to charge me a fee to test and have gold evaluated. I brought in scrap gold all broken up and had lots of small peices of gold they were soo patient and didnt have a problem testing any of the gold . I was only looking for $250 and they gave me $420 they were great and very good customer service. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Amazing jewelry shop New York 7/19/2010

When I visit D.A. Buyers I was blown away by the HUGE selection they have! And the pricing was better than anywhere I went before.. The employee that helped me was a gemologist and knew everything about diamonds. They were able to explain to me what the different clarity/color meant. In the end, I felt like I have found the perfect diamond, perfect ring setting, and perfect store to buy it. I would highly recommend these stores to anyone shopping for any type of jewelry. more
