Nothing but problems with this office 7/26/2005

On my first visit there, I had bloodwork because they require that of new patients. The reception gave me a verbal list of what they were testing for. I went back a week later to get my results only to find out that they had ""forgotten"" to test me for these things. I had to wait over three hours for a dr. who never showed up. This by fay was the worst experienc I have ever had with a dr. and I never even saw a dr., just a physicians assistant. Horrible Horrible service. Pros: waived co-pay, Decent location, Clean Office Cons: Very long wait time, ran out of supplies, Forgot tests more

Excellent practice 5/15/2002

But also very busy. You may not get to see Grossman himself most visits, but his staff is excellent. They especially make great referrals to specialists. When I had a health emergency while out of town, they very helpful in working with my insurance company to get a referral to a local doctor. Pros: Excellent care Cons: Quite busy more
