My first time at this restaurant was kind of surreal. A guy took me here to "break my heart and let me down easy with the bad news...." that he was gay. He said I would be devastated because he knew I had fallen in love with him, but alas, we could not be. Well, when I was finished laughing my butt off (because, 1. I already knew he was gay, 2. I do not make a habit of falling for gay men...) we ended up having a great time and becoming close friends. Once we relaxed and got through that weird conversation, we realized this was a great restaurant, and we shared some authentic Mexican food, fun drinks and enjoyed the classic music. We then split an order of fried ice cream and went on our merry way. I love it here!
