This church is gorgeous on the outside, but not a lot to see inside. It's built into the rocks and is so unique to look at. There is parking, but when you get inside most of it is closed - a private organization operates out of it now, the whole building is not a church anymore. Still, was an interesting view and photo. I'd visit again if I had a lot of time. Otherwise, you won't miss much if you skip.

We went to the Grand Canyon on a family vacation last week and it was amazing. I'd highly advise getting up and going at sunrise - not nearly as crowded, and it's so beautiful to see the sun come...
We went to the Grand Canyon on a family vacation last week and it was amazing. I'd highly advise getting up and going at sunrise - not nearly as crowded, and it's so beautiful to see the sun come over the canyon and start to show its colors. We walked on the wheelchair accessible path with the baby strollers, and also took the hike down into the canyon when we left them with family while we slept. It's gorgeous, don't miss it!

You can see how the impact affected the ground, and the various ways people have messed with it over the years. Movies have been filmed here, and astronauts also train here at times.

We stayed at this hotel for several nights on a vacation. The rooms were big and each had a fridge and microwave. It has free wifi and a nice breakfast every morning. The cleaning staff made our room look great every day. Overall a good stay. Only problem was that the pool was always freezing, even though it was hot outside...guess they put in a lot of fresh water?

We visited this observatory when we were in the area on vacation. My kids loved the whole experience. The staff were friendly, the view was amazing and they even saw Jupiter and four of its moons....
We visited this observatory when we were in the area on vacation. My kids loved the whole experience. The staff were friendly, the view was amazing and they even saw Jupiter and four of its moons. My daughter said she liked this better than the Grand Canyon. Admission is very reasonable.

We love to scout out these cheap theaters, because we hate to pay full price for movies. We saw a film here, late at night and enjoyed it. They have quite a crowd still, so hopefully it wont close...

They have quite a crowd still, so hopefully it wont close any time soon. The second-run theater still keeps the place clean, though the location is in an old strip mall, so not the nicest looking.

Come here if you need to take a lot of people out but don't have a lot of dough. A family of four can come here for a reasonable cost, and I'm so glad. As others said, the seats are a little worn...

As others said, the seats are a little worn and the carpet isn't new, but I'd rather have that than pay an extra $2 per person at the door. Thanks for keeping this theater open!

I didn't really pay attention to the name of the store and just went in to pick up some groceries....but it was a cultural experience, I'd never really thought about whether items I bought were Kosher. They have a big wine selection, if you're into that.

It is sometimes hard to find someone here who speaks English, so don't come here if that's important to you. Dont' come here for regular goods (cereal, crackers, etc) they're quite expensive, but you can get bargains on the fresh food.
