My co-worker's experience (I haven't worked with them)
NEVER use this company. They lie and do not show-up when they say they will. It takes several angry phone calls just to get them to come-out. We had no choice as they were the only company our landlord would use (i.e. pay for). They knew that we, as the tenant, weren't the client (The landlord was) so they treated us like crap. They then
billed our landlord for services they never performed. I think our landlord may even be changing companies after this last experience with them.
