I've been a customer of DRW Transmission & Auto Care for about 10 years now. I was a mechanic for many years, so I have a really hard time trusting people in this business. Mechanics have the ability to rip you off, because most people have no idea about what's right or wrong. DRW absolutely won't do that to their customers. A lot of the time, you might think a bill will be much higher than what it turns out to be. Also, everyone there is very friendly and if you don't have a ride, they give you one.
Most times, they are slammed, and it seems impossible to get in. But they'll try to make it work for their customers. For example, it was pouring and my windshield wipers didn't come on. I called up Wayne and he told me they were swamped, but to come on in anyway. By the time I got there, he had already gotten together 4 different parts based on the possibilities of what could be wrong. He came out himself to do the work for me. He figured it out and got me back on the road with working wipers in no time at all! I'd recommend this shop to anybody!
