Think twice before buying from Rooms To Go. \r
Our salesman was really nice and helpful, but that's where is ended.\r
When our furniture was delivered, there was a problem with the sofa. After waiting several weeks they brought a new one to replace it.\r
Both ends of the sofa recline. Not long after we had it a couple of screws came lose and it had to be repaired.\r
Now the whole side is lose like it is about to fall off. I called customer service, and of course it has been just over a year and there isn't anything they can do about it. \r
He just said ""Sorry"".\r
They have pretty good prices on room packages, but the quality of furniture doesn't hold up very long.
