We would like to let people know how pleased we are with our new Penguin Windows - and also, the terrific workmanship done by the installation team (Kevin, Wayne, and Scott from the Danvers office).
We replaced windows on our second floor last summer (2009) and were so impressed that we went on ahead and did the first floor just this week. These windows are truly unbelievable...what a big difference we noticed during this past winter!!! The second floor was so much warmer and, yes, even quieter!!
Our sales person, Mike (also from the Danvers branch) was so professional, and he made some terrific suggestions about having wood-grain frames put on kitchen and living room windows....we are so glad that we took his advice.
The installation crew, Kevin, Wayne, and Scott did an amazing job - they also had to install a bay window assembly unit (it was huge) and everything went so smoothly. They worked so well together and we could tell, they really knew what they were doing. Their communication with us was great - and they both encouraged and answered all our questions.
When they finished their work, they cleaned everything up "spotlessly" - we couldn't believe how neat they were both inside and outside our house. Finally, before they left, they gave us a great demonstration of how these windows open, lock, and clean. We were shown how to get the screens in and out without having to ask.
These windows are a great product - worth "every penney". The crew did an excellent job and hey are truly professionals!! A great investment on our part with a life-time guarantee!!!
