We visited Farrago this Sunday. My friend had booked us a table and specifically asked that it be outside. Upon arrival she was told all the outside seating was ""booked"". Deduct one point. It took an age for our drinks to arrive, and the waitress seemed unconcerned with taking our order. Eventually we did get to order. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. We watched people come in, be seated, order and receive their food. The waitress appeared oblivious to how long we'd been there. Another friend asked about our order and the food arrived some minutes after that. I would hazard to guess that the order got lost. Of course, my order came out wrong. But, the waitress was nowhere to be seen, and it was already 75 minutes since we'd arrived, I ate it anyway. The waitress never came to check if everything was OK. There was no obvious manager to speak with. The food was OK, nothing special. I might have enjoyed it more if I hadn't had to wait so long for it. It took another eon to receive our checks. The waitress did at least have the good sense to not add on her own gratuity. Farrago clearly has no problem pulling customers in. They do have a problem in that mistakes in their ordering process go undetected, and their staff are unconcerned. more
