Ive seen a manager at the southampton store, tell a customer if she doesnt like it , then not to shop there. and all the customer was doing, was trying to return something.\r
I wont shop there since I heard this.\r
If she treats that customer that way, she surely would treat any other customer the same way.\r
and this customer wasnt being difficult.
