This dentist charged me several hundred dollars for a routine dental examination that was covered in full by my insurance. It took several phone calls to clear up the matter....or so I thought, until they randomly charged my credit card without authorization. Avoid this practice at all costs, and if you do have the misfortune of visiting this dentist, carefully check all bills and statements to your insurance.
