My quarrel is not with Frank (the gentleman who "sold" me my car) but it is with Rick (the "business" owner). I purchased a Jeep from Sexton on Aug. 16, 2008. It had a coolant sensor bad and they told me that my 30 power-train warranty will cover those repairs. Well, two days in the shop brought forth three other very expensive (to Sexton) repairs. The front & rear differentials were bad and the transmission needed to be rebuilt. Rick @ Sexton's refuses to fix it; stating it is not worth it. I check around and it is worth repairing especially b/c it is under warranty. Sexton's just doesn't want to cover the cost of repairing it b/c they would have to forfeit the profit they would have made. So, then they tried to offer me a 2001 Jeep w/ 10,000 more miles on it and more scratches and malfunctions than the 98' I had originally purchases. But here's the kicker; they wanted to charge me $1,000 to "upgrade" (if you would even call that an upgrade). I refused and then the came back w/ offeri
