RUDE RUDE RUDE! I call to follow up with them on a dress I was interested in ordering and they have no record! This place is just awful! Great designs and HORRIBLE customer service! I can't get over how rude the staff is. They are unwilling ot help and act as if they are AMSALE! I think they need to hire less divas and more customer focused individuals! Trust me brides, order your dress from Bloomies or Saks, stay away from this place! They are just not what Madison avenue and top designer customer should be!
Pros: LOCATION YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER SALON DOWN THE STREET
Cons: EVERYTHING! POOR SELECTION!
