We used Lotus Travel for a Nile cruise in Egypt. We showed up in Cairo and the airline to Luxor had no record of our reservation. Arrived in Luxor at midnight, and no one met us and we had to hire the last taxi to the hotel. The next morning we had to find the ship amongst 100 docked on the Nile. Emails to Lotus back in the US went unanswered, and they seemed unintersted in our problems. They said they were going to Egypt and would find out what went wrong and would get back to us. Never heard a thing. Use this agent at your own risk, or better, do it yourself. Cons: no communication, bad service more
