Do not use their debit card. Do not use their checking system. I had something withdrawn from my account I did not authorize, and made a couple debits afterward because the money way supposed to be there. The total money overdrawn was 10 dollars, in 4 days it was $220, in 1 week it was almost $300. DO NOT USE CHARTER ONE. WORSE BANK EVER, IF YOU OVERDRAW ONCE..YOU WILL PAY FOR IT FOR YEARS. I'm ALMOST READY TO FILE BANKRUPTCY OVER $10 MEASLY DOLLARS
