I chose Dr. Young because he was in my area and on my plan. I then moved so I saw a new doctor. I was shocked that the new doctor didn't have me undress as all of my meetings with Dr. Young had been conducted in a robe, and at times with the robe off and my breast completely exposed. I always thought it was strange that I was seeing Dr. Young for an issue in my neck but he wanted to see my bare chest. It was not until I saw the new doctor that it became clear how unethical and uninformative Dr. Young had been. I learned more on the internet than Dr. Young told me, yet with my new doctor I have learned several nuances and understand my health in a much more comprehensive way. Dr. Young left it up to me to schedule something with a surgeon and further more didn't order much of the proper and necessary tests needed to understand where my body was at with my illness. My new doctor set up a meeting where the surgeon, himself, and a head nurse were all present. I have had CT Scans, bone density tests, extensive blood and urine work, and parathyroid imaging done with my new doctor in less time than it took to get in with my second appointment with Dr. Young. My skin crawls when I think of Dr. Young. Not only because I feel violated by him, but because he didn't move fast enough or request the proper tests. Now my body has the bone density of someone 10 years older than I.
