While I have always internally questioned the level of service, especially give the length of my loyalty, my last appointment and experience in August 2011 will be my last ever. The assistant used a product not intended for my hair (which was fine, accidents happen) by my hairdresser lied when I asked about it and tried to cover up and ignore the fact my hair was now 2 different colors. After caling (twice) to fnally speak with a mangaer and get a refund for the highlights, an aplogy would have been appropriate. It is a real shame...
