Myself and my son are new to Ny from the uk. My son has visited this salon three times and recommended it to me. I had a great appointment with Daniel at broadway salon for colour and cut. After my appointment I was given a welcome pack which included a voucher which I wanted to redeem at my sons Fourth appointment on the 11.26.2011 at 2.00.. I was told I was not able to use It even though my son is 13 and of course I pay for his hair cuts. The girl on reception was completely in different to me and I was left standing while she carried on giggling and gossiping with her colleague . It was very dissapointing. I won't be going back and will not bring my son back again either. more

FACIAL HEAVEN 11/24/2011

If you have not experienced a facial with Maika then you have seriously deprived yourself of something wonderful. I have had facials in the past, but no one can touch her. The gentleness of her spirit comes through into her hands. I do not walk out of Scott J after. I float. more

Botanical Hair Therapy 11/13/2011

The quality of treatment is great. My damaged hair has become soft and smooth. However, massage was a little too short. It lasted literally only for a minute. In addition, hair dryer was a bit too close and too hot to my head. Otherwise, they did a good job! Thank you. more

after 14 years, no longer a customer 11/7/2011

While I have always internally questioned the level of service, especially give the length of my loyalty, my last appointment and experience in August 2011 will be my last ever. The assistant used a product not intended for my hair (which was fine, accidents happen) by my hairdresser lied when I asked about it and tried to cover up and ignore the fact my hair was now 2 different colors. After caling (twice) to fnally speak with a mangaer and get a refund for the highlights, an aplogy would have been appropriate. It is a real shame... more

I've been coming to Scott J Broadway for about 8 or 9 years and it was always Alexa who did my hair. She left and now I'm looking for someone to take her place. I think I may have found that person!! I just had a cut and blow-dry by Chloe and I'm THRILLED with the results! She really took the time to get an idea of what I wanted and asked lots of questions and the result is.....I LOVE my new haircut!!! THANK YOU CHLOE!! more

I had such a positive experience at Aveda. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Alyssa did such a great job with my curly hair. She is so friendly and patient. She always made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing to my hair. She truly wants her clients to be happy with their haircut. I highly recommend her! more

Was expecting better service. 10/24/2011

I came here as a last minute resort to get my hair colored. The consultation took over 20 min b/c the colorist kept trying to convince me to get highlights. I informed him that i was on a strict time schedule and needed to leave on time. He ended up keeping the color on too long, and then rushed through my blow dry which left my hair very frizzy. i dont think i would re-visit. more
