Myself and my son are new to Ny from the uk. My son has visited this salon three times and recommended it to me. I had a great appointment with Daniel at broadway salon for colour and cut. After my appointment I was given a welcome pack which included a voucher which I wanted to redeem at my sons Fourth appointment on the 11.26.2011 at 2.00.. I was told I was not able to use It even though my son is 13 and of course I pay for his hair cuts. The girl on reception was completely in different to me and I was left standing while she carried on giggling and gossiping with her colleague . It was very dissapointing. I won't be going back and will not bring my son back again either.
