It seems Saigon Grill will take over most of the major neighborhoods in Manhattan with its affordable prices and solid Asian variety. Its so popular that this location in particular was one of the first to branch out from typical Vietnamese fare to Chinese, Thai, and Japanese items. The food portions have been fairly large and leaves one feeling pretty darn full for probably no more than $10-15 each. Lets see how they do once the renovations are complete.
