I did a terrible ""at home"" dye job on my already over-processed blonde hair. It turned a grayish lilac color, you know, the granny color!! Being new to NYC, I was frantic to find somone qualified to help me that specialized in color correction. I am so thankful I found Rubann on Citysearch! In 2 hours, Ann Marie and Annie took me from Granny to Glamorous! They got me back to a beautiful haircolor that makes my boyfriend go crazy! My hair was a mess and I needed to get highlights (if you've had highlights you know how easily this can turn into a disastrous situation...). I looked around for a place specializing in color and I am happy I went here. They did a very good job, the shades came out very well.
