Rennert International

I'm from South Korea. I was used to a rennert student last year. During that time, I was spending indescribably great time in the school. I was able to meet the best teachers I've ever met, could improve ma English skills a lot, had a bunch of frienz from various nationalities. Especially, Rennert's activity program is very nice. U can meet different level's student, can enjoy NY, have some parties...I really liked Rennert's 'Limosine party' activity. It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, there is no refund. However, if u have some problems, u can get a vacation. In ma case, I never thought about refund when I was in rennert. Probably, that's bcuz the school was really good to me. And only 10 students r maximum per a class. It means u can get lots of opportunities to speak English in class. Of course it's up to u. I took a professionnal english course at Rennert for my job and i loved it. The classes were very small, only five people, so you have to think and speak english all the time. We practiced presentations and negotiations and had a lot of discussions. In addition to the courses, Rennert provides many opportunities to meet people from other countries like Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Brazil, Germany, and practice english for exemple the wine and cheese party every thursday!!!\r Emmanuel from Paris 15 Pros: Best english courses and very good location more

I had a great time discovering New York City, going on excursions with my teachers and classmates, learning about all those fascinating cultures around the world, tasting some of the best cousins, meeting really unique people and off course becoming friends with them, hang out around the city and around the country has been the best experience ever thanks to Rennnert; My English improves a lot, in a short time I took free workshops, free economic classes plus my program at the school, I feel really grateful with the school due to those skills i got there, are now opening new windows. Now i have to figure it out how to visit my new friends that are spread all over the world... Pros: best teachers in NYC, best experience ever... more

My family and I attend Italian class at Rennert on Saturdays with Stefano Aloia. In class Stefano accomplishes the imposible. . He manages to make dull Italian grammer interesting.He always brings the history and culture of Italy into the lessons as well.But most importantly Stefano brings kindness and earnestness of personality that combined with his deep sense of humor makes class feel like time spent with a friend. His discussions of culture and history are thought provoking and have added many layers to our growing love of things Italian. We often take him off topic because so many things that he shares in class are so interesting that we end up asking way too many questions. Stefano patiently answers all questions and in the process opens new worlds to us. If my language teachers in school had been like Stefano I .would have grasped the beauty of Italian long ago. more

I wanted to improve my english so that's why I decided to travel to New York and study english at Rennert Bilingual.\r I came in contact with Rennert Bilingual through my agency in Sweden, Blueberry language school. Before I came to New York I looked at Rennert Bilingual's homepage, to learn a little about the school and what they had to offer. I was very pleased with what I saw and was looking forward to spending 10 weeks at Rennert Bilingual.\r When I arrived to the school i got at nice and warm welcome. They gave me a lot of inportant information and told me everything I needed to know.\r I liked that the classes weren't so big, it made my class have a more personal relationship. Almost like a little family and my teacher took good care of us.\r My teacher was very helpful and experienced. She had good teaching technigues and the lessons were always about interesting and diverse subjects. I didn't just improve my english I also learned about real life situations. After every lesson I felt more comfortable with my conversation, presentation skills and vocabulary.\r Another thing I liked about Rennert Bilingual is that they arranged a lot of afterschool activites almost everyday. That offered something for everyone. The school also had internet acsess, so I could keep incontact with my family and friends at home.\r Everything was in walking distance to the school, there were a lot of different food places like restaurants, delis and coffeshops where i could have a bite to eat.\r Over all my time at Rennert Bilingual has been a wonderful experience and I would deffenetly recommend it ro anyone who is thingking about studying english in New York. \r Thank's for reading my review, Johanna Fred'en.
